4. Payment Authorization & Order Processing
Orders will be confirmed and sent to production only after full payment authorization is received. If a payment fails or is flagged as fraudulent by our automated verification systems, the order will be placed on hold until verified by our support team.
5. Flexible Financing & Payment Plans
We provide flexible financing alternatives so you can pay for your jewelry over time:
- Instant Installments (Shop Pay, Klarna, Afterpay): You can break your order into 4 interest-free payments using Shop Pay, Klarna, or Afterpay. Extended monthly financing options are also available through Klarna and Afterpay depending on your selection. When using these services, your order is processed and shipped immediately upon approval.
- Sat Jewels Direct Layaway / Split Plan: If you prefer to deal directly with us, Sat Jewels offers an in-house split-payment option. You can secure your piece with a 30% initial deposit and divide the remaining balance into 3 to 4 flexible installments. Please note that for our direct Sat Jewels split plan, your completed jewelry will be dispatched as soon as the total balance is fully paid off.
6. Partial Deposits Prior to Shipping
Sat Jewels allows you to initiate your order with an upfront deposit of just 30%. Our artisans will start crafting your jewelry right away, and you can pay the remaining balance once your piece is completely finished and ready for dispatch. Please contact our support team, and we will gladly help you set up this partial payment link.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the Sat Jewels support team within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Any cancellation request submitted after this initial 48-hour window will incur a 40% cancellation fee to cover the custom manufacturing and material allocation costs already incurred.
8. Taxes & Import Duties (USA & International Orders)
Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless specified.
